My Mistress was billed as a collaboration between Miss Candida (the editor of Madame) and Alice Masters ( a cult figure who contributed many stories to Madame).

As far as I know there were 13 issues, all were in approximately A5 format, the first 12 being professionally produced bound booklet format generally running to 100 pages or more. As can be seen issue 13 was not produced to this standard, being more of the cheaply produced booklet format.
