Below are two copies of Goddess edited by the cult Victor Bruno, they feature many of the models found in Madame and a similar mixture and style of stories, artwork (e.g. they feature the Femdom artist Adams). There are also two other Victor Bruno items, a Slave Training Handbook and a Femdom compendium.

Interestingly there is also a 'Letter from America' section very similar to Madame and Mistress, possibly a continuation by the same correspondent?

New Goddess Volume 1 Number 3
I've found two copies of a magazine called Champain, it's a mixture of femdom, CP etc. in a similar mould to Madame but with even more of a cottage industry feel to it. I would guess they date from the 80s or early 90s.
