A trio of updated Smooths

Not a lot to report I'm afraid, sourcing new material has proved tricky!

I have updated three issues of Smooth (#24, 25 and 27) in the cover galleries with 'cleaner' covers and updated PDFs of them too.

I've added copies of Vixen 29 and 41 as PDFs, sadly the copy of 41 that I acquired is missing two pages (11/12 and 13/14).
